Hugh MacLean (aka Hew and Heugh McLean)

Born: 1699 in Tyree, Argyll, Scotland.

Christened: 16 April 1699 in Tyree, Argyll, Scotland.

Married: Margaret Campbell in about 1723 in Scotland.

She was born in about 1701 in Scotland.

She was christened 9 April 1701 in Lochgoilhead, Argyll, Scotland. 

Hugh and Margaret (Campbell) MacLean had seven children in Scotland:

Lachlane, Duncan, Catharine, Anne, Jane, John, and Elspeth McLean.

They emigrated from Scotland in 1749 to New York. Hugh and Margaret (Campbell) MacLean both died in New York, but I don’t know the date or their exact burial location.
